Virtual Assistant required with musical skills

We're looking for a long term Virtual Assistant with a good level of musical skills to join our team. The one prerequisite for this role is you can understand and interpret standard music notation.

The important thing for us is you are organized and have a great attitude. We will give you the rest of the training.

Day to day tasks will include:
* Helping our team create video content and checking musical notation is correct.
* Working on our support desk and helping students with music related questions
* Managing our growing online forum
* Creating Social Media Content

The following skills would be a bonus but are not essential:

Creating and editing videos
Creating graphics

The ideal VA for us will:

*Be highly organised and enjoys being organised.
* Able to follow instructions and work to a consistently high standard.
* Able to think for themselves but also not shy to ask questions to really understand the tasks we set for them
* Be able to prioritise tasks well (we'll work with you on this)
* Have previous experience using platforms like Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google related tools. Experience of project management tools like Trello (or similar) would be helpful.
* Be open to upskilling and learning more (we like to reward our people and have them move into different areas of the business if they want and are open to learning)

* Be a team player and willing to work in other areas of the business if needed.

On top of this, you must have great English (especially written), be on time/ reliable, and be a great communicator.

There will be paid holidays, ongoing training and development if you want.
