Project Engineer
Overview:
We are a rain gutter company that has several companies within our envelope, and has around 80 employees. We strive to be the best in our field, and are looking for another great person to join our team! We are looking for someone with virtual assistant experience to assist the operations department with data entry, commission, material ordering, and setting up jobs. We are a fast growing, dynamic team that is focused on results and bettering the futures of our employees!
Duties:
Provide support to the operations department
Data entry
Job Set up in CRM (we use Marketsharp)
Order materials for jobs (based on measurements, and video provided by sales team)
Check the data input to ensure accuracy
Report issues or irregularities to management
Calculate commission
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills:
Accuracy & attention to detail
Commitment to work efficiently and accurately
Skilled in data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
Qualifications:
1+ years experience as a virtual assistant
Familiarity with google docs
Compensation:
Depending on experience/expertise, we're willing to pay
