FULL TIME - 40 HOURS PER WEEK - OVERNIGHT SHIFT

We are seeking a Virtual Scheduling Assistant for our USA based Home Health Agency.

Primary Responsibilities will be:

- Coordinating Schedule of Caregivers to visit Patients Home
- Speaking Daily with caregivers & patients regarding schedules
- Managing this schedule in CRM & Scheduling Software
- Daily communication with Patients and Caregivers via phone and text
- Verifying caregiver worked shifts for payroll
- Generating client invoices based off caregiver's worked hours

Job Requirements:
- Good spoken & written English is a MUST
- Quiet Work Environment (No family chatter, TV's, Animals, etc in Background)
- Previous experience with CRM's, Data Entry, Excel, etc.
- Self Driven & Motivated
- Overnight Shift 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time / USA
- Likes to speak, outgoing personality, and gets along well with others (you will be talking to people all shift long)
- Willing to work on Time Doctor
