OFFICE-BASED POSITION IN ORTIGAS | FULL TIME & PERMANENT | DIRECT HIRING


We are an international events company with exhibitions, trainings and conferences in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa and America. We are currently expanding our sales office based in Manila and looking for outstanding, ambitious and dynamic sales ninjas to join our team.

This is your opportunity to be part of a small team and grow as the company grows. You will be reporting directly to your Line Manager based in international headquarters. We are looking for people who are driven to succeed. You either have years of experience in the BPO environment and looking for your next move and go out of your comfort zone- or a fresh graduate who shows potential to be a star performer.

You will be selling executive events to very high-level decision makers who will be paying 3000USD+ to attend. We offer you the opportunity to travel the world, meet your international clients, be trained on how businesses and industries operate and take part in an international corporate environment.


YOUR ROLE
• Cold-call and sell event tickets to executive attendees from major companies around the globe
• Generate sales leads using available tools provided
• Manage client accounts and provide after-sales support
• Assist in managing the events in person
• You will be selling 3-4 events in a year

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent command in written and oral English and have the confidence to converse with high-level decision makers
• Proficient in Excel and internet research
• Background in sales or research. Must be able to prove “high sales achievements” or can show potential to be a “high sales achiever”
• We do not require prior experience, however we need our sales consultants to be ambitious, goal-oriented and show a desire to excel
• Must have a valid passport

OFFER
• Starting Salary: 350-450 USD/month tax-free. Guaranteed salary increase when you close your first deal and as you hit sales parameters
• Sales Commissions: Up to 3,500 USD/event (The more you sell, the more you earn!)
• Monthly Incentive: 100 USD if you hit sales targets for the month
• Event Bonus: Up to 550 USD/event
• International Travel: Travel to your event



This is a direct hiring for a FULL TIME position. Our Manila office is in One San Miguel Bldg., Shaw Blvd., where you must report 5x a week. Work timings are 1230-930pm Sunday-Thursday. Your weekends are fixed.
