DAYSHIFT Broker Assistant

Note: Client is currently in the Philippines and would like to have a 5-week on-site training in Makati before fully transitioning to a PERMANENT work-from-home role. If you won’t be able to attend, please don’t send an application.

This opportunity is perfect for you if you're organised, attentive to detail, ability to learn quickly, highly trainable, comfortable with cross-checking various resources to ensure accuracy, and can work as part of a team and independently. We require that you have initiative and ownership, strong work ethic, and excellent English verbal and communication skills.

Everyday will be different, you might start with checking emails and responding to leads, before inputting applications, moving on to socials and finishing up with some lead gen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting Australian mortgage brokers with the end-to-end mortgage process; intensive training will be provided.
• Outbound calls to follow up leads, prospect, banks, and annual reviews for clients
• Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations, organise property report
• Update tracking worksheet and/or software to ensure that brokers are always aware of loan status

BENEFITS
• AUD$450 per month (Php 17,500) training salary for the first 5 weeks
• AUD$520 per month (Php 20,000) for probation period of 6 months.
• AUD$620 per month (Php 24,000) once permanent full-time with benefits.

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENT
Quiet place for working
Computer or laptop with the following specifications:
• CPU: Intel Core i5 or higher
• Memory: at least 4GB
• OS: Windows 7 or higher / MacOS Mojave or higher
Internet connection (wired or wireless) with at least 20MBPS download speed
Back-up:
• Smartphone that has at least 4GB memory
• 5MBPS internet/data connection
