Graphic Designer / Brand Designer for Ecommerce

We are looking for the following skills:

This role will be creating content for the following applications:
Product ecommerce listings
Social media posts
Web store
Product brand catalog
Retail packaging

Location – The business is based in USA but this position is online, and therefore can be done remotely from home. Most of the existing team is in the Phillipines. Reliable internet is required. We will be conducting interview video meetings on ---------- e expectations #1 below for more.

Expectations

1 - Open to either part time or full time. If full time then 40 hrs / week total M-F. First week or so is training and will be expected to be available during 9-12 EST for discussion / google meeting sessions / help.
2 - For full time, after training period, hours worked are flexible with at least 3-4 hours per day overlap with morning EST (8-12) for team discussion and meeting. Other 4 hours would be according to your desired schedule

Compensation
1 - $400 USD, up to $800 USD month based on experience and full time or part time. paid biweekly via veem
2 – Full time is 120 hours paid time off per year, accrued based on hours worked
3 – 13th month pay
4 - Profit share after first year of work
