QuickBooks Bookkeper, Proficient and experienced

Please do not waste your time/or ours if you are not well experienced with QuickBooks online. Unfortunately, we do not have the time to provide on the job training.

Ability to retrieve our scanned receipts from Dropbox and enter those receipts into the correct category and Chart of Account within Quickbooks.

Ability to download and use Open Office Calc as needed to search retail websites for clearance products. Enter the item descriptions and related details.

Ability to use SKYPE audio and video when necessary to communicate any questions as they occur to get immediate help or clarifications. Your internet connection should be tested before you respond to this position listing. We do understand that internet connections may have temporary problems but we are targeting at least 75% up time during the work hours you choose.

We do not have restrictions on your working hours except that we require results from the hours you choose to work.

Willingness to participate in internet research that involves targeted searches of retail websites for price reductions to add to our spreadsheet.

You will never be asked to perform customer service, sales or sales prospecting, call center duties. Your base compensation will be paid as we agree for your QuickBooks duties and expertise.

The optional efforts you expend at finding us new items to purchase for our inventory will be based on our success and profitability. You will be handsomely rewarded for your results.

You will work directly with only one person within in this company. That will probably be myself and I will take full responsibility for our success.
