Do you have experience with editing social media ads? Are you passionate about marketing to a point where it’s more fun to “work” than to do anything else? Then this job is for you!

As a Video Editor & Creator, you will create direct-response social media ads for our in-house e-commerce brand - making a huge impact in the company’s revenue and in our customers' lives. The ideal candidate has a tremendous sense of urgency who is a self-starter, creator, detail oriented, and excels at communication.

Responsibilities
Create call-to-action short-form videos for Facebook/Instagram ads.
Collaborate with teams to generate multiple iterations of scalable video ads.
Quality control all exports to ensure the video standards are up to company expectations.
Review videos’ performance and adapt to these learnings.
Research other brands for inspiration and take those ideas, adapt, and implement them into ads.

Requirements
Experience editing social media content, specifically for Facebook and Instagram.
Experience using many footage types including UGC, testimonials, stock and in-house shot footage.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and including (but not limited to) the following skills: pacing, color correcting, audio editing, text placement, eye lines, motion graphics for social ads.
