Guest Specialist for Short-term/Vacation Rentals in US

Are you a Rockstar Virtual Assistant!? US-based Short Term Rental company looking for a dynamic VA who can manage and help grow a company with several rental properties (and quickly scaling to many more). Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are a must as you will be communicating with guests frequently. Must have exceptional computer and customer service skills and have a passion for solving problems. This job will be full-time and must work United States daytime hours as well as be on call United States nighttime hours for emergencies. You will be handling bookings, guest communication, problem solving, pricing, and management of several short-term/vacation rental properties located in various areas throughout the United States (including Idaho, Montana, Tennessee, Florida, and Hawaii). In addition to guest communication, you will be coordinating with cleaning crews, assisting with pricing properties for rent as well as filling vacancies. You will assist with property supplies (i.e. shopping on Amazon) and marketing properties on social media. You will be developing and maintaining procedures as well as training other VAs that will be hired in the future. This job is not for everyone. Employer has hired over 40 VAs (most of them located in the Philippines) and will manage through Toggl and production reporting.
