Customer Service Virtual Assistant

I am seeking a talented and motivated assistant to help me grow my business. I have a printing company in the USA. I want to hire someone to respond to my emails, process orders, answer phone calls, and overall assist me with projects.

One area that I need assistance with is coordinating with our print vendors to ensure we are meeting all customer deadlines?

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic person to take care of our current client base in our growing company. ONLY candidates with strong customer service skills should apply. ENGLISH A MUST and SPANISH is a huge plus.

Your Responsibilities
------------------------

• Researching, investigating and analyzing trends, products, markets and competitors to uncover new products.
• Importing products into Shopify and writing CREATIVE product descriptions that sell in perfect English
• Making sure the listings are attractive including some minor image editing
• Basic pricing and profit margin analysis
• Creating FB posts/adverts to test these products in the market
• Managing supplier relationships, including negotiating prices and remedying problems
• Checking inventory and resolving any issues
• Daily and weekly reporting
