Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Seeking an experienced cold caller to kickstart a small sales team with me. Looking for someone who is able to develop strong business relationships with business owners, by cold calling small to medium-size businesses. Preferably someone that has a minimum of 2-years of business-to-business sales experience.

Excellence in customer service and communication skills, along with a strong ability to be persuasive are a must. Experience with a CRM is a big plus. Must have access to a reliable computer running Windows, and a quality computer headset.

A high level of perseverance is required to tenaciously call leads and find the right contact. Bonuses paid for helping to close a deal, as well as other bonus incentives during the process.

You should be calling at least 50 leads per day and having 5-10 quality conversations per day. The ideal candidate is able to read, write in English, and speak with a neutral accent.

Position with hourly compensation, and sales bonuses.

This is a part-time 4/hr day position.
