Video Editor

We're looking for a video editor / graphic designer to work exclusively for our team full time. Your primary responsibilities will be:

- Creating educational videos for our online music membership website & youtube
- Creating graphics for our website & advertising campaigns
- Creating Social Media Content

The following skills are a bonus but not essential:
- Experience of growing a YouTube Channel
- Experience of playing a musical instrument at any level.


The ideal VA for us will:

* Create visually attractive videos and images with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and critical thinking
*Be highly organised and enjoys being organised.
* Able to follow instructions and work to a consistently high standard.
* Able to think for themselves but also not shy to ask questions to really understand the tasks we set for them
* Be able to prioritise tasks well (we'll work with you on this)
* Have previous experience using platforms like Adobe Premier, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google related tools. Experience of project management tools like Trello (or similar) would be helpful.
* Be open to upskilling and learning more (we like to reward our people and have them move into different areas of the business if they want and are open to learning)

* Be a team player and willing to work in other areas of the business if needed.

On top of this, you must have great English (especially written), be on time/ reliable, and be a great communicator.

There will be paid holidays, ongoing training and development if you want.
