SEO writer

Looking for an SEO writer for a content marketing website in the automotive niche. The applicant must be able to perform the following tasks:

a) Given an outline of ~ ---------- words, convert it into an article of ---------- words, format and upload it to the wordpress blog.
b) Add new keywords to existing articles in wordpress.
c) Update existing articles based on my suggestions.

Familarility with SEO tools like surferSEO is a plus.
