Qualifications:
1. RPm and/or LPT
2. BS Psychology or equivalent undergraduate course with MA units in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology or Counseling.
3. 2-3 years of work experience in conducting career development, training, and/or psychosocial services
4. Mental Health, Career and Organizational Development Services
• Providing necessary career and organizational development services to internal and external clients.
• Conducting research and evaluation initiatives, and writing of subsequent reports.
• Assisting in the conceptualization of proposals on mental health, career and organizational development interventions.
• Conducting, monitoring, and evaluating career development programs for clients.
• Conducting intake interviews and initial client assessment
• Developing and validating psychological assessment tools for SFICC
• Administering appropriate tests and other assessment tools to the partner organization and individual clients
• Interpreting, scoring, validating, and reporting test results
5. Program Development and Marketing Initiatives
• Developing programs for developing and retaining networks and linkages.
• Assists in the formulation of promotional and marketing activities for the targeted clients.
• Creating, revising, and enhancing marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, flyers, and handouts)
• Maintaining Social Media updates and responding to queries (program documentation and social media publication)
6. Support Administrative Functions
• Filing, documenting, and backing up of SFICC Training and Program documents
• Coordinating and confirming SFICC appointments, meetings, events, and Training
• Developing the minutes of the meeting (as requested)
7. Committee Functions
• Joining chosen committee in SFI Group as a member.
