Real Estate VA

Hello There, I am a real estate agent based in the US. I am looking for a VA that will support me as a transaction coordinator, do data entry pertaining to real estate, cold call people or perform tasks as deemed necessary to my business. Along with regular pay, I am even wiling to offer a bonus if you are responsible for me to get new business and if I successfully close on the transaction. Looking for someone with experience in Real Estate and all required training will be provided from my end.
