Web Designer - Full Time Work From Home

*POSITION OVERVIEW*
The Web Designer owns designs of Reward Holdings new and existing brands ( ---------- , ---------- , ---------- and more) Your primary objectives are to conceptualise, design and build the best websites in the reward industry.

You will have creative freedom to deliver new exciting brands and improve on existing ones, as long as it adheres to industry standards and best practices. As a Web Designer, you can expect to work directly with our growth team and closely with our founder & CEO.

*RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES*
* Design landing pages, websites, display ads, mobile, social media graphics and more.
* Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes of design ideas.
* Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure designs produced align with brand and project requirements, while also meeting usability and website standards.
* Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and mobile devices, meeting latest accessibility/usability/UX guidelines

*REQUIRED SKILLS*
*What You’ll Need*

* Proven experience as a web designer
* Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
* Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong online portfolio (Behance, own website or similar)
* Understanding of UX/UI
* Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
* Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

*BONUS SKILLS*
* Strong familiarity with designing for WordPress.
* Knowledge of InvisionApp
* Experience with UX/UI design optimization
* Knowledge of Asana
