5 years of experience with project management
Technical understanding
Professional software understanding - CRM, office, adobe
Work amazing in stress and with many tasks
Perfect time management
Able to manage many projects in parallel
Communication skills
Understanding (To understand the tasks, to ask questions)
Ability to perfectly manage employees and freelancers
To be charismatic
Basic understanding of marketing, social media, developing, programming, website development, designing, videos, and every area of social media.
The ability to understand what the customer needs and to see if the employee created served his requirements.
