1: How many years of experience do you have in TELEMARKETING
2: What is the highest amount of orders you have ever had a day
3: What counts as a reasonable Sale/day volume in the LOW SEASON
4: Have you ever worked for an E-commerce company before?
5: What is the difference in the approach you are going to take on cold leads (outbound) compared to warm leads (inbound)
6: Please respond to the following questions based on your observation of our website and the info I have provided -
* What might be the main 3-5 objections customers might have when are interested in our product
* How do we solve each and every one of these objections
* How do you handle a customer who wants to buy but claims he doesn't know us enough to trust us, what can you tell him that will make him calm and secure that this purchase is risk-free. (remember he doesn't know us, so he won't naturally count on what you are saying)
