Cold Call to get houses under contract

I'm looking for someone to call for 6 to 8 hours (at any time) during the hours of 8am to 9pm in the Eastern Time Zone.
I need someone who is diligent, very detail oriented, and will not waste any of my leads. You must speak good english and be willing to keep people on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on the calls.
I ideally would like to provide an area and you find the property owners and call each one of them.

Top Tasks:
--Call Absentee Owners on a multi-dialer I will provide.
-Log any leads that you have a good conversation with and seem to want to sell
-Follow up with leads that say they want to sell multiple times
-Keep me up to date on what leads to call that become "Warm Leads"

Perks:
-I’m very patient, understanding and easy to work with
-Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know
-Opportunity to get bonuses, if you do a good job I’ll give raises and bonuses.
-When I grow you grow, I’m looking for someone who will be in the business with me for a long time.

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

Quick About me:
I have been doing real estate for 3 years, entrepreneurship for 8 years. I’ve grown my social media on TikTok and instagram.
