Job Description:
• Attending to incoming hot leads and resolution of issues in order to provide optimal sales;
• Ensure sales and customer service standards are consistently met;
• Actively participate in performance appraisals for every Sales Representative on the team;

Requirements:
Experience from Insurance industry and banking is an advantage
Excellent organizational skills and ability to quickly master new skills;
Good stress management and problem solving skills;
Leadership and management skills;
Work experience with customer databases ("hot" calls);
Administration and organization skills;
Communication and interpersonal skills;
Computer experience user – Microsoft Office / Windows environment;
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): Sales.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
