JOB OVERVIEW

Part time Digital Marketing Manager

Managing the various streams of marketing for a canvas printing and framing business, that creates high-quality canvas prints for online customers, commercial clients, and artists.

Working alongside the creative director and sales staff in executing a Digital Marketing Strategy, which includes:

SMM - Social Media Marketing
EDM - Electronic Direct Mail Marketing
SEO - Onsite and offsite
WordPress sales, advertising, and content management
Targeted Cross Platfom Campaigns
Monthly reporting
Digital Content Management
CPS Brand Consistency

SMM:
Implement the CPS SMM Strategy (to be provided to successful applicants)
Manage the CPS Instagram and Facebook accounts through Facebook Business.
Utilizing the CPS content folder via Dropbox to source marketing content
Daily Social Media posting through ---------- or preferred SM platform
Daily Stories and Posts via Facebook and Instagram accounts
Graphic content creation to use across multiple platforms
Tagging of relevant parties
Managing Facebook / Instagram / Google Ads
Managing Targeted SM Marketing Campaigns
Forwarding Facebook / Instagram Google msgs and relevant enquiries to management
Working with CPS staff to reach Facebook / Instagram followers and network
Ensuring rights and protections are adhered to across all SM Marketing

EDM:
Implementing the CPS EDM strategy (to be provided to successful applicants)
Monthly Email Newsletters to our network via Mailchimp
Working with CPS Staff in creating monthly newsletters and targeted EDM campaigns via Mailchimp

SEO
Optimise and manage onsite SEO
Building healthy backlinks
Generating monthly blog articles via our blog page
Manage Google My Business listing

WordPress sales, advertising and content management

Defining and managing sales funnels
Manage website blog
Manage website advertisement content and specials

Targeted Campaigns through SMM, EDM and WordPress:

Developing content with CPS management to achieve the desired marketing objectives of the campaign.
Ensure campaigns are monitored and measured
Identifying and creating target audiences

Digital Content Management:

Manage CPS Dropbox folders containing images, video, copy files, and other digital content.
Receiving digital content from CPS staff and organising it in Dropbox folders for ease of access.
Utilise the Dropbox content folders for implementing the CPS marketing strategy.

CPS Brand Consistency

Ensuring the CPS brand is consistent throughout the entire marketing strategy.

Skills Required

Digital Marketing experience
Creative writing abilities
Social Media platform proficiency, including Facebook, Facebook Business, Instagram, Ads, Later or equivalent planner, etc.
EDM Platform proficiency including Mailchimp or comparable platform
Dropbox file management proficiency
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / ID proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency (preferred but not essential)
Proficient in English

Part-Time:

Part-time role, 10- 20 (flexible hours)
