Administrative Virtual Assistant to CEO

Hello, we are looking to hire one rockstar full-time assistant to help support the CEO of our growing dumpster rental company.

We are a growing waste management company based in Los Angeles. Our primary service is providing dumpster rentals to customers across the United States.

Our team values providing superior service to our customers, attention to detail, and working together as a team.

Your main tasks will include:
• Responding to customer email & SMS inquiries
• Researching new vendors
• Creating and updating our Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
• Assisting the customer service & operations teams as needed
• Assisting the CEO with business-related tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who is going to handle themselves professionally, takes initiative, can pick up new technologies quickly, and takes their work seriously.

Job Requirements:
- Positive, flexible, reliable personality
- Excellent oral and written English and business communication skills
- Excellent organization, able to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
- Ability to be a team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Working computer with an SSD and a reliable internet connection


Bonus points if you have any of the following characteristics:
- Experience in customer service and/or logistics
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience using CRM’s
- Experience with SEO

Work Schedule:
The work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST, with a 1-hour lunch each day. Please do not apply if this work schedule does not work for you.
