The Position: FAMILY VA
We are looking for a candidate who can complete multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. We strive to provide a collaborative environment where each employee is encouraged to contribute to our process, discussions, planning, and culture.
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, organized, and have strong time management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Answer
• Make travel arrangements.
• Schedule appointments.
• Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
• Assisting Gary and Abby with any given tasks
Must have the following criteria:
• Must have at least 6 months to 1-year of experience in Real Estate Property management.
• Must have great English and communication skills. Will be able to understand the jargon of real estate
• Works well with others and has a good character
• Open to feedback and will be able to handle working with minimal supervision
• Has basic photo editing skills for creating marketing photos of properties
Proficiency in these tools is a plus but not required:
• Propertyware
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft outlook
Must have the following home office setup:
• At least 5MBPS internet speed
• Has core I5 with 4GB of ram or similar specs
• Has a noise-canceling headset
• No noticeable background noises
Base pay would start at $6 per hour and will have a chance to increase based on performance. Working hours would be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST this will be 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PH time
