JOB OVERVIEW

** This is graveyard shift position **

We are based in the United States and manage training programs ---------- panies send us their training requests, we analyze the requirement and then we provide a project plan for them.

We have an immediate opening for Project Assistant with preferably paralegal background. Your primary task is to read and understand general project documents, sort and organize them. You'll also prepare or proofread proposals based on the direction from your management. There will be a lot of document management, document reading, understanding, and writing.

General hours: Graveyard shift 8:00am - 5pm US Pacific Time every day. There will be some work required outside of this hours or weekend. You must be flexible outside of this hours as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-EXCEPTIONALLY SHARP, PROACTIVE, PUNCTUAL, DETAILED-ORIENTED, AND ORGANIZED
-Expert in English business / formal writing.
-Prior experience in paralegal, analyst, or related is highly preferred but not required.
-Strong internet skills (Searching online, finding documents, people, etc)
-Expert in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Acrobat PDF.
-Minimum 3 year experience in senior administrative role, contract analyst, paralegal / legal associate, proposal preparation, or similar.
-"Get things done" Attitude.
-Be able to carefully track tasks and reminders.
-Able to work under time pressure/deadlines.

TASK EXAMPLES (Include but not limited to):

-Customer communication, document organization. Summarize the requirement.
-Heavy draft of formal Letters, Proofread, Manage email/Calendar, Check and reply to emails.
-Draft formal Letters, Proofread, Manage email/Calendar, Check and reply to emails.
-Ensure all communication is entered in to the Customer Management Software.
-Answer phone, make calls, remind executives about the daily tasks, follow up with customers, and similar tasks.
-Draft general correspondence, including letters, memos, emails, and reports.
-Perform other tasks as required.
