IT Support/ Marketing Manager / Virtual Assistant

We are looking for who will make sure our computers and associated tools run smoothly and who will help us creating, monitoring, improving, testing, reporting, and organizing all related with marketing within life cycle of a client.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Must be advanced user of KEAP
• Keep up to date all company computers soft
• On Board new teammates Soft we use + Turbo Dial
• Troubleshooting
• Setting up campaigns and tags
• Calculating retention
• Plan and organize technology solutions and systems
• Plan and organize technology solutions and systems
• Participate in, and contribute to, ideas for improving technology services
• Openly share technical and other know-how with team members to improve company operations overall
• Be a thinker involved in improving the company by creatively engaging in all aspects of personal responsibilities and company operations beyond the letter of the expectations defined in this Position Description

Full time availability is necessary for this position.
Prior work in insurance industry would be considered as an advantage.
