Job Title: Real Estate Assistant - Work From Home
Pay Rate: $750 per month
Company Overview
- Paragon Property Management Group LLC is a Chicago based real estate company focused on management, sales, and investments. We have four local office staff, three maintenance technicians, and four remote staff based in the Philippines. Our bookkeeping is handled by a team based in the Philippines as well.
- We are seeking remote assistants to work from home to support our business
- We have detailed procedures and instructions to ensure our business processes are as clear as possible. We value teamwork, training, and support in order to ensure we succeed as a team.
Positions Available:
> Property Management Assistant
- Accounts Payable - enter in bills to be paid and coordinate payment
- Vendor management - gather new vendor information and documents, create vendor profile in Buildium software, manage payment of vendor invoices
- Invoicing - create and pay invoices for billing to client accounts (ex. Monthly Cleaning, Lawn Care, etc)
- Utility management - Manage and pay accounts for property utilities such as electrical power, natural gas,
> Customer Service / Tenant Relations
- Manage communications with our rental property tenants via phone,
- Document and coordinate resolution for tenant maintenance requests.
- Work with Maintenance Manager and Property Manager
> Asset Management Assistant
- Property Information Management - Track and organize information on properties owned in Google sheets including mortgage loan details, insurance, property
- Property Performance Review - review monthly operating statements, track summary numbers in spreadsheet. Identify any discrepancies for further review by bookkeeping team.
- Account Management - Track, manage, coordinate regarding property and business accounts: mortgage loans, insurance, credit cards, bank accounts
- Project Support - Track payments and costs for major property renovation projects. Assist with purchasing of materials online. Planning, ordering, tracking, scheduling deliveries. Track and request loan draws from lender as work is completed

Job Requirements
- Well organized home office setup without outside noise or distraction.
- Capable computer setup, dual monitors preferred.
- Reliable power and internet required. Backup systems required.
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm central time, with 30 minute lunch break.
- Full-time, minimum 40 hrs per week
- Be fully focused during work hours, do not work on other jobs, freelance work, or personal items
- Must be detail oriented and have good organization skills
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and communicate if clarification is needed
- Must be capable of providing quality work and be comfortable with being held accountable if errors are made
- Must be good at problem
