Virtual Team Assistant

We are a Lighting Manufacturer located in Utah, USA. Currently looking for a virtual/team assistant that can provide support to the Bidding team.

The task you’ll be doing:
1. Assist the team leader in developing and submitting the bid proposal.
2. Assist with various project tasks as requested.
3. Research / sign up for other bids opportunities

Qualities that we need:

Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Developing knowledge of standard office administrative procedures
