JOB OVERVIEW

Our US-based Credit Repair Company is looking for a very passionate and committed Disputer who shall have the primary responsibility of resolving the client's credit profile by doing a thorough process in disputing the client’s Derogatory Records.

Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible in auditing credit file of a client month over month and aligns the best possible letter to resolve negative items;
2. Works hand in hand with the Client Relations Team to provide monthly credit consultations for the clients;
3. Provides factual recommendations to the CROs on what to deliver to clients;
4. Works on Client’s credit file every 32 days;
5. Responsible for uploading score growth data to CRM;
6. Utilizes knowledge-base/tree that was given to them to accommodate different types of situations in a dispute round;
7. Participates and provides suggestions on process improvement;
8. Be accountable for the clients assigned under your name;
9. Eliminates / Minimizes delays of client rounds;
10. Tracks / Monitors effectivity of the dispute process, and provides suggestions to improve if needed.

Qualifications
1. High School Diploma Required. Four (4) year College degree preferred with emphasis on business processing / management.
2. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the credit card industry required with one (1) year processing fraud/non-fraud disputes preferred.
3. Minimum one (1) years’ customer service experience
4. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet computer software applications
5. Prior industry knowledge is must
