Engagement/Community Manager for Personal Brand

I am a Professional Digital Marketing Coach/ Consultant.
I offer high ticket programs to university graduates looking to start their online coaching/consulting business. My offer is 1on1 coaching and personal development for a 60 day turnaround. £3K is the lowest coaching offer I have....

I need to hire a community manager for my personal brand to engage daily with those in the coaching / consulting niche and really increase the engagement across my Social Channels:

Must Haves:
Applicants must be fluent in English
Have a proven track record of increasing social media engagement for personal brands
Have an understanding of the coaching/consulting industry with at least 1 years previous work experience for a similar role

A Community Managers Day Structure (in order of priority):
1) Comment on other influencers posts with detailed, thoughtful and personal comments so they respond and engage with our own content
2) Reply to any comments on my pages across IG, FB, LinkedIn
3) Agree to engage with other coaching influencers through messages and build a pipeline of engagement across channels
4) Admin (tracking comments made, responses received + support/training)

As community manager, you will be expected to:
Comment on FB groups
Identify coaches/ influencers in the niche to engage with
Genuinely engage with influencers posts daily to illicit similar engagement
Make agreements to engage
Respond to comments on own posts

Conduct admin tasks /day:
Attend bi-daily check in on Zoom
Get resources and help on every area you need
Update daily & weekly engagement KPI’s

I am looking for someone on a part time basis to start off with but the idea is to develop into a full time role depending on your performance. I will give you access to my social media to start engaging and a list of those in my niche.
