Appointment Setter for Coaching Business

Hi, everyone,

I am a Professional Digital Marketing Coach/ Consultant.
I offer high ticket programs to university graduates looking to start their online coaching/consulting business. My offer is 1on1 coaching and personal development for a 60 day turnaround. £3K is the lowest offer price point I have....

I need to hire experienced appointment setters to do cold outbound prospecting across Instagram, Facebook and ---------- to reach out to new leads, qualify them and schedule appointments for sales calls.

Applicants must be fluent in English, have experience in qualifying prospects and previous experience in appointment setting for a 'coach' or similar role for at least 1 year.

A Setters Day Structure (in order of priority):
1) Start new conversations with new prospects
2) Conduct follow up with previous prospects (in DMs + previous sales calls)
3) Admin (tracking performance + training)

As a setter, you will be expected to set calls through:
FB group joins
Action-based posts
Outbound using FB group as source
Follow up with past prospects
Follow up with past DM conversations
Outbound dials (Optins)

Conduct admin tasks /day:
Attend bi-daily check in on Zoom
Get resources and help on every area you need
Update daily & weekly projections
Update the sales tracker
Ensure the delivery closing team knows of new customers
Update CRM
Reconfirm next day apps

I am looking for someone on a part time basis to start off with but the idea is to develop into a full time role depending on your performance. I will give you access to my social media & online diary for you to book in the appointments.
