VA required for eCommerce business owner

Must have:

Fluent English – written and spoken
Fast internet connection
Minimum availability 20 hours per week

Previous experience in:

• eCommerce product research and listing
• Experience with Shopify and similar platforms
• Writing sales copy
• Working with spreadsheets, managing profit and loss tracking, etc
• Experience with customer service


Tasks will include:

• Product research, finding winning products to sell on our store
• Writing good product descriptions with engaging sales copy
• Keyword research for SEO, integrating keywords into content and titles seamlessly in order to rank higher on Google,
Walmart and other platforms
• Social media posts promoting our brand, promoting sales and specials we are running and engaging with our audience
• Managing multiple social media accounts, scheduling content to be posted regularly across these platforms and
monitoring audience growth
• Managing profit and loss spreadsheet, keeping track of data and metrics related to the business
• Fulfilling orders, adding tracking numbers for those fulfilled orders
• Answering customer questions through email as well as on social media such as Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram
