Hi! We're a popular, consumer-focused eCommerce company with a large and full-time remote team, and we are looking for hard working and a highly competent individuals to join us for full time positions on on our the Customer Service team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Your role will be to respond to customer
- Your role will also include answer inbound calls from customers and address their concerns

Requirement:
- The main requirement for this job are that you can write and speak grammatically proper English (It would also be beneficial if you have previously learned English in the United States or have spent years speaking English on a regular basis)
- Ability to follow instructions, as well as strong attention to detail
- Past and proven customer service experiences will help (please provide as much detail as possible about your previous work experiences)
Hours of work:
- 5 days a week, 40 hours a week with the option for overtime
