Looking For A Smart, Hungry Advertising Virtual Assistant

My name is Michael - I’m the founder and head of growth at a specialist advertising consultancy with clients in USA, UK, Australia & Canada. We are experiencing a period of fast growth and as such are looking for a new advertising assistant who is interested in joining us as we help businesses around the world to understand and leverage their advertising successfully.

You’ll be joining an elite team of expert business and advertising consultants who will help you learn and grow.

General Information

What we do: Help business to develop and implement successful advertising strategies
Position: Advertising & Virtual Assistant (With Additional Tasks)
Essence of Work: Manage our outreach to new clients, communicate with clients, help our clients succeed and help us to optimise our operations
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9AM - 5PM
Employment: Full time or part-time (following interview results)

* Ability to stick to a regular schedule (and work the same hours each day)
* A good memory and ability to recall information
* Quick to reply to questions / instructions
* Understanding of accounting a bonus
