3rd Party Freight Brokering Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist

Almost the entire world has one thing in common, freight. Everything we see in our world has for the most part when transported through trucks, trains, planes, boats and more. It is the industry that so many people want a chance to learn and become part of as it is not going away.

We are hiring for a customer service representative to take care of our customers, clients and future shippers. We are looking for an expect to hire for a full time long term position with a lot of growth potential.

Requirements:

Willing to work between the hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (UTC -5)
Have a quality and stable internet connection
Have 2 reliable computers in case one goes down a replacement is ready immediately
A work environment that is quiet and professional
Extremely fluent in the English language
Good working headset
Exceptional typing skills of the English language with little to no grammatical errors
40 WPM minimum typing ability


Not required, but helpful:

Worked in the freight brokering industry in some capacity
General understanding of the freight business
Telemarketing and sales skills could be helpful
Dual computer screens to work efficiently
Multiple high speed internet connections in case one goes down

General Job Details:
Commission based job
Inputting new freight loads into our internal system for our drivers to see
Discussing freight loads with our drivers
Talking to current and new brokers and shippers to earn their business through trust, honesty and reliability.
Research and continue to grow your knowledge of the freight business.
3 weeks on the job training, meaning you are working and making money during training while moving loads.
