JANITOR

• Perform general clean up of all areas of the buildings as directed.
• Gather and empty trash every morning and afternoon/ inform office of collection of garbage/ selling recyclable materials(papers and plastics)
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Makes minor repairs as necessary, including tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaks
• Notifies supervisor when major repairs, including structural issues or highly skilled tasks, are required
• Performs outdoor cleaning, by collecting falling leaves, garbage and etc.
• Other as may be deemed necessary.
