Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Specialist works under the guidance and supervision of the functional head of the department, mainly in End-to-End Recruitment, Timekeeping, Records Management, Performance Management, Benefits Facilitation, Employee Requests, Employee Engagement, and Admin Tasks. He/she ensures alignment with the department’s direction to protect the interest of the Company while ensuring the welfare of the employees.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process to duly meet the manpower requirement;
Perform timekeeping and updating of leave monitoring;
Create and maintain 201 files, and other HR/Admin records and databases;
Ensure performance evaluation for probationary employee, and assist in other performance management processes;
Assist employees in availing company-initiated benefits and those from SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF, and do field work when necessary;
Provide counseling, and address employee concerns and requests, when necessary;
Handle company events and other employee engagement activities;
Assist in crafting training and development programs;
Assist in sourcing of suppliers and purchasing, and ensure proper inventory of office supplies and equipment;
Support in the development and implementation of HR/Admin policies, systems, and other initiatives; and
Perform other tasks that may be duly assigned by the Immediate Superior or Company.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of HR experience in which at least 1 year thereof is
Preferably with an HR Generalist background, and Admin experience.
Background in recruitment is an advantage
