Phone Sales Appointment Setter

The Phone Sale Appointment Setter is responsible for setting phone sales appointments with prospective clients. The role will be primarily handling inbound calls, but may also handle cold calls and random drive-bys when necessary.

Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by making phone appointments for internal sales team
Identify and prioritize customer needs that the organization can solve through a service, product, or consultation.
Build rapport and trust to generate sales from potential ---------- e consultative style to listen and understand customer’s concerns while educating them on available solutions
Handle inbound, outbound, and drive-by calls from prospective customers
Customer service, management, and multitasking abilities are ---------- puter savvy and capable of learning new computer programs.

Requirements:
Prior appointment setting experience required
Excellent written communication skills
Must be well-spoken, persuasive and goal focused
Has complete work from home equipment set up
Superior customer service, management, and multitasking skills
