About Our Company

We are a Facebook Preferred Partner with a decade of experience in the business and a published case study by Facebook.
Our clients have multiple 7,8 and 9 figure businesses.

We have a team of 11 people all working remotely across the globe. We have a varied client base including but not limited to live & online events, Nutra, Dating Advice, Fintech, Financial Reports, Apparel, Business Growth, Ecom, Health and Wellness, Crypto, NFTs & Metaverse.

Our company is experiencing unprecedented growth and we are hiring additional video editors for our clients' Facebook and Instagram ads.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience working as a video editor for either:

A. A digital marketing agency or,

B. With the advertising and marketing operations department of a company.

*A portfolio of past videos used for ads are a must*

2 recent employer or client references are required who we can talk to.


Traits

Perfect English both written and spoken is a must.

You are confident and happy to talk to our team on camera on Zoom.

You work quickly to make multiple iterations of successful ads and think strategically about what value propositions will be the most effective to drive clicks/purchases.

Work-life balance is extremely important to you. (We are not looking for a workaholic).

Exceptional conflict management skills.

You underpromise and ---------- lf-motivated and self-starter

Strong people skills - very direct but encouraging and positive at the same time (if you are a pleaser this is not for you).

EXTREMELY well organized.

Exceptional time planning and time management skills (you walk the talk yourself and you are experienced in helping others plan their schedules)

Very strong follow-through on tasks.

You are a quick starter (you don’t spend weeks and months gathering information before you take action)
