Customer Support Agent

Get Me Links ( ---------- ) is looking to hire a full-time Customer Support Agent to help balancing the workload of our existing team. This is an entry-level position and training will be provided. Certain pre-qualifications are needed, please read through:

YOU ARE:

- VERY organized: We work with a lot of data and different orders, all with plenty of details. You need to be really good at documenting everything, organizing things in folders and spreadsheets, and not dropping the ball.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- IMPECCABLE ---------- N-NEGOTIABLE.
- Previous experience in a front-line job absolutely mandatory (doesn't need to be sales support, but could be in hospitality, retail stores, sales... basically a position where you speak with customers day in and day out, take care of doubts and complaints, etc)
- Basic SEO understanding desired but not required (we're an SEO agency after all so you need to either a) know the drill or b) know a little bit but be VERY eager to learn the drill
- Proficient at excel/google sheets.


JOB CONDITIONS:
- $500 USD per month as a starting salary. 1 month training period. 3 Month Probation period.
- $600 USD per month after probation for 6 months.
- $650 USD per month after first 9 months (3 probation + 6 start) and revisions every 12 months.
- Full Social Benefits Package after probation period (PAGIBIG, SS, Philhealth)
- 13th month Payment (eligible after probation period) paid December 15th
- Paid holidays (national holidays + Christmas / new year week +2 weeks per year)

NO SIDE-GIG POLICY

We have a strict no side-gig policy. You'll have to drop any other job, be it full time or part time and any freelancing gigs you are doing if you take a position with us.
