**Job Description**

An enthusiastic individual who demonstrates excellent customer service

Handle inbound calls regarding products, services, and inquiries.

Guide customers on how to use our products and services and provides technical troubleshooting.  Builds sustainable relationships through positive and open communications.

**Requirements:**

Must have at least 2 years of banking experience in Retail or credit card

Dedicated Space to receive and place calls with a headset

**Responsibilities:**

Provide thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all customers in a timely and accurate manner

Resolve problems through active listening, empathy, and clarifying the customer's needs; determine the cause of the problem, explain the best solution, submit corrections or adjustments, and follow up to ensure resolution, when applicable

Notify immediate supervisors of all problems or unusual matters

**Preferred:**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to gel well with a diverse team of high-performing individuals

A strong motivation for client service/customer satisfaction

Adhere to SOPs, quality and compliance guidelines & standards

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Maintain a high level of knowledge surrounding new products.

Proficient in Google Suite applications, Slack, Zendesk, and Aircall

Work Hours:
Required Availability: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST is our standard workweek schedule. Additional hours worked will be paid at straight time OT.

Salary: Starting at $5.00 per hour and after a 90 probationary period has been met, the hourly rate will increase to $6.00 per hour.
