Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist

Duzer Group is a marketing agency focused on the health niche. We own a naturopathic clinic and a vein clinic specializing in varicose veins. We are looking for a full-time graphic designer/ social media specialist for our medical companies.

**** REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent graphic design skills using Canva
- Understand brand standards
- Have the ability to create brochures / pamphlets / newsletters
- Excellent copywriting for social media posts (hook, story, offer)
- The ability to read a medical article, break down the information, and rewrite it for social media
- Manage Facebook group, answering simple questions, keeping users engaged, and ability develop strategies to increase user engagement and retention

**** YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH TOOLS LIKE:

- Canva (all the graphic design will be done here)
- Facebook & Instagram Platform (ability to schedule posts, and stay organized)
- Grammarly (helps with spelling and grammar)

We will evaluate your post on a few things.

- The quality of your graphic design.
- The quality of your copy.
- Do you have good spelling, grammar?
- Do you have your own “voice.”
- Does your post have a hook, story, and offer.
- Is your post creative? (thoughtful, funny, engaging, etc)
