Podcast Producer for fast growing E-commerce Agency

My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. I’m finalizing an acquisition of a new business and want to re-brand and re-launch my podcast. The business I’m acquiring has a large audience and I’m excited to use a podcast as a tool to build trust and engage with the audience. As well as to connect with relevant industry experts.

I’m looking for a podcast editor to come in and help manage the podcast at a high level. I have an editor that I’ve worked with who can manage that. But looking for your help as a producer to oversee everything and manage more of the process.

The audience is business professionals so we need the podcast process to be very clean and high level! For our guests and for the promotion.

An ideal applicant will have skills/experience in the areas below:

- Relevant podcast production experience
- Setting up/syndicate podcast feed and analytics
- Creating and managing processes for guest outreach, confirmation, follow up
- Working with podcast editor to create micro-content snippets
- Creating a high-level strategy to engage the audience, build up fan communities across platforms, and raise awareness of the podcast channel
- Improving the podcast channel’s performance by monitoring, evaluating, and providing recommendations

The budget for this role is around $15-35/hour, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table. I am happy to pay for quality as long as we get results.

This will start as an hourly role and can turn into either part-time or full-time if successful. Looking for someone who is results-driven and eager to make a big impact with an exciting business.
