Customer Service Professional Full Time

Hi there!

We at Solid Lift Parts is looking for a new customer service professional to join our team!
We are a heavy machinery parts, online retail company with a goal of providing parts for all. We believe in efficiency: doing more with less and if you are an efficient individual who enjoy challenges, apply now!
Work hours are Monday to Friday 6AM to 3PM PST. That is 9 hours a day with 1 hour paid break included and paid US federal holidays.
The job entails handling phone calls, assisting customers, recording messages and forwarding calls to appropriate team members.

Skills Required:
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Fast keyboard typing skills
- Professional email etiquette
- (Optional: Xero / Quickbooks)
