We are looking for a passionate and energetic Events Writer to join our media team! As an Events Writer at our company, you will be responsible for delivering fresh and interesting ongoing events happening to all our social media accounts.

To ensure success as an event writer, you should be knowledgeable about our current event campaigns, proficient at research, embody ethical principles, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

Conducting research prior to the event.
Transcribing and summarizing events for further news purposes.
Write and deliver stories with the reader’s perspective in mind.
Working collaboratively with the marketing team.
Maintain notes and audio recordings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest current events campaigns.
Attend the zoom event and deliver real-time fresh news on our social media ---------- lecting appealing images and videos to complement the text.
Update our social media pages with upcoming events.
Requirements:

BS degree in journalism or mass communications or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in news, television, or journalism.
Experience in content writing on Social Media Pages.
Experience in SEO writing is a plus.
Excellent communication, lobbying, and active listening skills.
Well-spoken, engaging, and knowledgeable about news ---------- lm under pressure, Great interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
Ability to gather, write and edit ---------- oad knowledge of headlines.
Portfolio of published articles or newscasts.
