JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketer (Media Buying) to join our fast-growing team in the personal development and health supplements space.


You will be working alongside the team to manage internal paid advertising and organic marketing efforts to promote the company’s own internal products.


This is a remote position so the location doesn't ---------- order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in Google Ads. Familiarity with Amazon Ads, direct response copywriting, and basic SEO will also be helpful.


Responsibilities

Brainstorming new and creative advertising angles and marketing strategies
Planning, monitoring, and executing of digital marketing campaigns (mainly Google ads, email, and display advertising).
Measuring and reporting performance of all paid advertising based on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Identifying trends and insights, optimizing ad expenditure and performance based on these insights
Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize conversion rates
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements

Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing paid advertising channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and ultimately general a positive return on advertising expenditure.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook ---------- )
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with a high level of self-initiative in a KPI-driven role
