We are urgently hiring Review Moderators for our eCommerce business.
The job will be a full-time role so if you are currently employed with a client, please do not apply.
You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- review user-generated reviews to remove offensive, inappropriate and harmful content
- paraphrase reviews if needed
- online research tasks
- other review moderation tasks
Required Work Skills:
· must be fluent in English in both written & verbal
· must have great communication skills
· able to create
· must be able to communicate with customers even without using our saved macros
· online research skills
· past moderation experience is preferred, but not required
Required Personal Skills:
· detail-oriented with good visual perceptual skills
· ability to follow instructions, learn, and work quickly
· receptive to corrections and constructive criticism
· proactive, reliable, and punctual
· complete all assigned tasks within a deadline
· able to work with minimum supervision but also a team player
· flexibility to work extra hours at short notice if required
· must be able to work on weekends if needed
Other Technical Requirements:
· knowledgeable with Google, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
· knowledgeable with MS Office apps (working and installed on PC)
· must have a stable and fast internet connection
· fast or updated desktop or laptop computer
Lastly, we just want to make sure you are good with the following:
1. Starting rate is USD 3.00 per hour
2. We will pay you weekly via GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer
3. You are willing to work up to a maximum of 48 hours a week = 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (depending on the workload)
4. You will be able to work during Philippine time, 9 AM to 6 PM
