Job Title: Customer Service/Social Media Manager

Position Summary: This position of administrative assistant will require an individual who is comfortable communicating with customers, vendors and other potential wholesale and retail stores via email, Facebook, Instagram and website chat. We are always looking to expand to other stores, so we will need an organized and well versed tea ---------- mber to help facilitate growth. In addition, we are looking for someone who has social media expertise to assist in Holistic Vybez’s interactions with the public. We are looking for a high energy, out of the box thinker who is a confidant and creative professional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Reply to comments, questions, and DMs in regards to our products, orders, etc.
Respond on our website chat in a timely manner
Interacting with customers and other influencers via the company’s social media accounts
Communicate the process of refunds and replacements for customers to appropriate co workers
Researching skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Experience and Social Media Management
Graphic Design

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Amazing customer service skills
Creatively engage and align content with customer trends and market changes
Well versed in social media platforms such as, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop or Canva

Salary to commensurate with experience.
