I currently am involved in a couple of start ups but also have a day job and so need assistance in the background work for the ventures. I am wanting to find someone who is talented, creative and a passionate individual so we can collaborate together.

I am inspired by the culture of companies like Apple or Google where everyone is empowered to do what their do best, is having fun at the same time and achieve great results! Associating my core values with these brands also comes with the responsibilities of great professionalism, efficiency, decisiveness, focus and continuing to achieve bigger and better things.

This particular post is for somebody who loves progressing things, excels at planning and relationships with people. Your main roles will be ensuring that various tasks are being completed and helping to organise my time in the most efficient manner.

Other functions will include joining facts together, researching, making phone calls, managing calendars, spreadsheets, booking hotels, subscribing to events, organizing events, posting adverts, managing e-bay, gumtree, booking appointments, writing content, responding to e-mails on somebody’s behalf, supervising contractors, replying to customers etc ( this will come later).

I am needing someone who can initially set up a business website etc for one venture and deal with the marketing and social media and to work to grow this venture.
I would also need someone who can assist on setting up a property business, initially this would need to be someone I can trust to thoroughly carry out research in finding a 'gold mine area' and then researching this further to find properties that are suitable.
There would also be managing of contact lists and creating systems eventually and there maybe other research tasks to do.
I would want to work with someone who I can trust to do thorough research ( I have an element of OCD) and find the best possible prices and also look for online codes that can be used etc as well.

Ability to communicate with professional fields is paramount, for example banks, solicitors, surveyors, accountants and agents therefore it feels that this role is for a seasoned PA/executive assistant/project manager who would also enjoy doing things of smaller calibre .
Experience in the property industry will be an additional benefit. For the time being the role will be in capacity of 5-10h per week and will expand with the business. I am looking for someone who initially can do adhoc hours and then depending on progress with work I would look to increase hours.
