You, take the time to fill out an application and you never hear back, you don't know if they're busy or they're trying to ignore you - and it could be discouraging for you to even apply because you don't want to waste your time.

I totally understand and for this job application, I think it'll be worth your time because we're looking for someone like you, who is very talented at getting leads for real estate investors by cold calling them.

You also have experience working with these investors on a campaign basis and BPO-type work.

You also understand deadlines and you enjoy finding potential sellers.

Your English is pretty good, and not a strong accent. You may get a complement occasionally that you don't sound like your from PH.

You understand the role of a leads manager and you don't mind working project-by-project.

I myself want to hire you but since we're just starting out maybe we can do it on a project-by-project basis and I'll be able to test your skills.

Of course, this is paid (Haha, why wouldn't it be lol).

We have a list of over 10k potential sellers and we’ll make it as easy as possible for you to get these leads for our company.

We use the best software in the market. Such as Mojo Dialer, Batch Leads, Batch Dialer, etc.

Our goal is to call 500 leads per day and add 5 hot sellers to our Podio a day, but the quality is better than the quantity.

As far as the cold calling and what to say we already have scripts and templates for all sorts of sellers, so no need to reinvent the wheel, we got you covered.

So all you have to do is set back, grab your headset, and call potential sellers for us!

We are prepared to pay up to $3.5/hr at first.

We are looking for 2 special people to join us on this campaign for now.

Work hours will be Monday - Friday 9-12 am and then resume 4-7 pm (subject to change) so around 30 hours a week

We'd also need you to create a ---------- account to set up payment for you.

This role is really good for a business owner with a team of other lead managers or basically an agency and is preferred on our side for you to be one.
