VA for law firm

Be part of a multi-award winning personal injury law firm based in Australia. We are in the same time zone as the Philippines. We offer holiday entitlements and paid 13 months once you pass the probation period.

The ideal candidate should have some medical or legal industry experience, with very good English (i.e, C2 or above). LAW STUDENT or LAW GRADUATE is preferred!!

+ This is NOT an entry-level role. You must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience with a foreign employer.
+ You must be available 40 hours per week
+ You must complete and upload your DISC assessment and English test result to your profile
+ You are required to contact our supplier in Australia. Thus, excellent verbal communication skills are essential

Responsibility
+ Sorting documents, and listing documents
+ Drafting documents.
+ Following up with clients and external parties.
+ Calendar management.
+ Data entry.
+ Update the company website and social media accounts.

Requirements
+ Good attention to detail [VERY IMPORTANT]
+ Outstanding English communication skills [C2 Level English or Above]
+ Experience as an administrative assistant for an Australian employer
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Words, Teams, Flow)
+ Proficient in English speaking and writing.
+ Highly organized.
